Season Highlights: 
Not much detail available, if anyone can find anything please let me know!!! 
-Cajuns select Joe Montana as first selection ever in the FFL. Barry Sanders is selected 9th and Elway 10th.(still 1st rounders after all these years) 
- Teams like "MGM", "Musc Rats", "3 Stooges", "Blood,Sweat & Tears", "Los Borachos", and the "BoneHeads" made 1 season appearences. 
-Bernie Kosar was a second round draft pick, Drew Hill was a Fantasy Star 
-Cajuns win 9 consecutive regular season games after 0-3 start, however they lose in round 1 of playoffs

Season Highlights: 
-BlackBeards post record 11-3 mark 
-Musk Rats & Los Borachos merge, drop a few partners, Doober Dabbers are formed. Only Cajuns, Beards, and Lungs remain from 1st season. 
-Commissioner Eddy Martinez losses all records in drunken stupor, sham playoffs are formed but Doober prevail in round robin tourney.  Eddy is fired.

Seasnon Highlights: 
-Mouse Club finish 5-9 but still win Bowl in their inaugural season. 
-Guantanomo Bay Gargoyles post 96 points in one game.

Season Highlights:    Moon rule game
-New structure is set up by new Commish. (me) and approved unanimously, creating current league structure. of 2 conferences. 
-Fumunda makes historic win in games 1 & 15.  the problem, a  13 game losing streak in between, still an FFL record. 
-A pre-draft notice and an update simply called "Week 5 Update" features a section called "Team Corner." Looking for a trade, Mickey Mouse Club offers out the  G.B. Defense.  The first owner quote, by none other than Ralph Serrano, "We are guaranteeing victory against the Doobers this Sunday.  The Doobers are an aberration, they're sure to fade in the weeks to come." The Lungs won that game 13-7, not exactly stellar game by either team, then drove their record to 9-1, before losing the final 4 games of the season then making a first round exit of the playoffs, losing to, none other than the Doobers 29-27.  And with that, the Weekender was born. 
-During their late season collapse, Lungs & Livers make history.  In consecutive weeks they score 3 pts in week 12 vs. 69'ers, and then  5 pts in week 13 vs. Blackbeards.

Season Highlights: 
-Trojans make debut by winning division with 9-5 record. 
-Dream Team makes 1st playoff appearance, 
-Marino does the fake clock kill play vs. Jets

Season Highlights: 
- Cajuns post franchise worst ever 5-9 record 
-Gargoyles start season 0-4.  Then win 9 straight to win division, tie regular season win total, then go on to win Bowl in biggest season turn around in league history.  They also set single season win total with 11wins including playoffs. 
-Lungs and Livers win 1st ever playoff game vs. Blackbeards 66-44.  Then lose to eventual Champ GBG's 53-38 in final 4.

Season Highlights: 
-Gargoyles start season 2-0 to extend, and end, longest win streak at 13, including playoffs. 
-Chupa Cabras enter the league 
-Cajuns tie Blackbeards with best record ever @ 11-3.  And win Fantasy Bowl 7 with largest margin of victory in a Fantasy Bowl on record , 23pts. 
-Doobers score 92 pts, 3rd highest total pts in a game

defeated Guantanamo Bay Gargoyles

Season Highlights: 
- Cabras win in 2nd season of existence 
-Leche scores 93 pts in week 5   2nd highest total ever.  They follow up with only 18pts the week after. 
-Cajuns late season collapse equals Lungs of  '93 ends repeat quest 
- Gargoyles start Bobby Hoying in Fantasy Bowl 
-Lungs & Livers,  3-10.

Season Highlights: 
-Doobers win 3rd title in 8 years existance.  They had "The Horses". The greatest trio of running backs in FFL history on 1 team.  Terrrel Davis, Jamal Anderson, Fred Taylor.  Number one picks on any team in '99. They averaged enough points most weeks to carry the team single handidly. Seattle Defense prompts contraversy when they too score more points than any defense in FFL history and were outscored for the season by only 1 individual player (Steve Young). 
-Dan "Roque" Lebetard article creates early season stir. 
-E-mail bombards The Weekender. Our  weekly misslet has gone exclusivly on line, propelled into the cyber age, it will NEVER be the same. 
-Blackbeards draft Dave Moore(TE, TB) by accident as the T.B kicker, costing them a game in a mid season matchup. 
-"The Trade-2" Dream Team gives up on Randy Moss early and trades them to Blackbeards, Moss saves Beards season and propels them to playoffs.  The loss of Moss cost Dream Team the title, as they were the most powerful team at one point, albiet on the super human antics of Steve Young. 
-Lungs & Livers expierienced yet another late season collapse, and faced 1st round elimination.... again. 
-Leche Lovers lose final 3 games and are eliminated from post season contention on final week of the season.... for the 4th season in a row.

- Steve Young scores most points by single Fantasy player 231 pts in a season.

Season Highlights:

- Blackbeards first to score 100 pts in a single game.  But are chastised the same week for ruthless roster move snatching Rams DE* from under Doober Dabber's noses.  Blackbeards own largest margin of victory in Fantasy Bowl to date, 38 pts. Nice spanking of Lungs & Livers!

- Kurt Warner scores 2nd most points by single Fantasy player 222 pts in a season.

Season Highlights:

- Blackbeards slip into playoffs despite 3-6 start, finish below .500 @ 6-7, and are mercifully eliminated by Lovers in 1st round

- Cajuns snipe Trent Green on a premature injury call in of Kurt Warner, who in fact did hurt himself 5 minutes later.  Cajuns blow chance of saving season by not starting him.

- Dream finally wins post season game en route to championship, and ties best winning %  in a season, and now own most wins in a season:   12.  They also rank in top 5 teams of all time. (maybe @ #2 behind Doobers' Horses of '98.)

- Lungs & Livers perform their annual swan song, but this time they did it right!  After a 6-0 start The Weekender proclaimed their playoff spot locked,  they lost their last 7 straight and missed the playoffs, edged out by the fore mentioned Blackbeards.  The greatest collapse in FFL history.  Great job guys!!

-Leche scores 117 pts in week 3, only to follow it up with 18 points the following week. for the biggest point differential in league history

Season Highlights

- Lungs & Livers score franchise high 108 pts in week (followed by a 47pt day & loss to Doobers)

-Lungs & Livers FIRST Wildcard team to win it all

-Jamal Lewis bails L&L out in Fantasy Bowl with 27pt day, after they leave 55 pts on the bench in the Saturday games (almost biggest coaching blunder of all time)

-Trojans make huge coaching blunder in Wildcard round leaving Jeff Garcia on the bench for Kerry Collins (38pts on the bench would have sent them to the next round)

-Lungs average 73.2 pts per game, 20.9 pts higher than rest of league. (entire league averaged 5.2 pts more per week in new scoring system

(71 REGULAR SEASON)

-scoring system causes controversy leading up to the draft.  Ruben quits Gargoyles in disgust after several attempts to revamp league.  Many changes pass, but not enough to lure him back.  Rich goes on to take Gargoyles to Final 4 and a Division Championship with a 10-3 , 7-1(D)  record.

-Lungs & Livers tie all time record of 13 wins in a season.

-Somewhere Mark Seay is crying tears of joy.  Randy Moss is said to be distraught by L&L victory.

2004 Fantasy Bowl XV

Season Highlights

- After 15 years, Famunda is last of "the originals" to win the cup

- Famunda is second team to win cup after posting a losing regular season record (6-7)

- Ana's "Why does he want a quote from you, You guys suck." quote finally put to bed after 10 years.

- VD has best run of any expansion rookie franchise, making the Fantasy Bowl in inaugural season

- Lungs & Livers denied the repeat, eliminated by the Cajuns in week 12 (SWEPT TOO)

- Peyton Manning, shatters all QB (Marino's 48TD record falls) and general scoring records & single handedly catapults Doobers into post season, but has a bad day in the final 4 to eliminate them. (Live and die by the sword!)

- Botched trade at the draft gives Cajuns 1st overall pick, Dream takes E. James, who scores 5th most pts of all RB's (BY ONLY A FEW POINTS),  Priest ends up on the IR in week 9.

- Dream is highest scored on team in FFL history in regular season with 67pts average scored against them a week. (DT averaged 67 pts per wk points FOR)

- Ruben rejoins Gargoyles after many scoring & rule changes..  Together Gargoyles to playoffs yet again.

- Dream set all time scoring record in a single game - 123pts (week 13)

- Dream loses heartbreaker to GBG's 101-98 in big divisional clash
